In the case of a credit or debit card transaction, in order to ensure the security of the transactions, there may be a delay of 3-4 working days in the dispatch of the order, as the order is dispatched after a payment is considered to have been made only when it is confirmed that the amount has been received.

Important: In the case of a deposit in a bank account, your order is executed after you send us via e-mail to [email protected] the deposit slip, in which the order number should be mentioned as a reason and if preceded by a telephone notification from the customer’s side for the completion of the deposit. The delivery time starts from the date of confirmation of the deposit. A payment is considered to have been made only when the full amount of the payment is received.
