Shipping options

All shipments are carried out through the courier company ACS courier and are charged with a 3€ shipping fee (including VAT) for parcels up to 2 kg.

For parcels over 2 kg in weight, an additional 5€ or 10€ increase applies depending on the weight and volume of the parcel.

For cash on delivery there is an additional charge of 3€ (including VAT) per parcel.

Shipments of products are made on the same day, if the order has been made and confirmed by 15:00 on weekdays and the product is marked as Available.

It is possible to insure your parcel with an additional charge of 3€ (including VAT) per parcel with ACS Courier. The order will arrive at the place of delivery within 48 hours from the time it is dispatched by the company, for most areas of Greece, while the delivery time for hard to reach areas is increased to 72 hours.

If the destination of the parcel is classified as a Hard to Reach Destination (DR) there is an additional charge of 4€ (including VAT).

Important: In case of credit card transaction, in order to be able to ensure the security of transactions, there is a delay of 3-4 working days
